Duraid Madina 80a8a26d07 previously, configure would die if GCC or ICC was not found. Now it'll

go through, but we do want to know if we're using GCC/ICC since they
share certain funky command line options (for dependency generation
stuff)

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
