Ivan Krasin 830544779e Move imported entities into DwarfCompilationUnit to speed up LTO linking.

Summary:
In particular, this CL speeds up the official Chrome linking with LTO by
1.8x.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
