Simon Pilgrim 8652b3b5f5 [llvm] [cmake] Add possibility to use ChooseMSVCCRT.cmake when include LLVM library

Modify LLVMConfig to produce LLVM_USE_CRT variables in build-directory. It helps to set the same compiler debug options like in builded library.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
