Eric Christopher 8cab6edf4f Add a name for the anonymous type we're creating for subrange

types and a FIXME for what we should be doing. Should solve the
immediacy of PR12069 where our debug info is crashing another
tool.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
