Richard Diamond 5efecd1377 Fix a use-after-free in llvm-config. ...

Summary:
This could happen if `GetComponentNames` is true, because `Name` from
`VisitComponent` would reference a stack instance of `std::string` in
`ComputeLibsForComponents`.
