Wolfgang Pieb 974dfd1b51 [DWARF v5] Verifier: Add checks for DW_FORM_strx* forms.

Adding functionality to the DWARF verifier for DWARF v5 strx* forms which 
index into the string offsets table.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
