Ekaterina Romanova 9c524094cf [GVN] Fold constant expression in GVN. 
Fix for PR 28418.

opt never finishes compiling a test when -gvn option is passed.
The problem is caused by the fact that GVN fails to fold a constant expression.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
