David Majnemer 9c5be7601f Revert "Disable this-return argument forwarding on ARM/AArch64"

Inference of the 'returned' attribute was fixed in r276008, lets try
turning the backend support back on.

This reverts commit r275677.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
