Chris Lattner 9e390ddf91 simplify CanEvaluateZExtd now that we don't care about the number of

bits known clear in the result and don't care about the # casts 
eliminated.  TD is also dead but keeping it for now.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
