Simon Atanasyan 9fab895e0b [MC][ELF] Handle MIPS specific .sdata and .sbss directives

MIPS specific .sdata and .sbss directives create corresponding sections
with proper initialized ELF flags including ELF::SHF_MIPS_GPREL.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
