Duncan P. N. Exon Smith a33b92eb82 Try to appease win7 bots after r278532 by cleaning up type trait

The HasGetNext type trait was cluttered with a few things it didn't
need.  Try to clean it up, hoping to fix windows bots:
  http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/lld-x86_64-win7/builds/38063

I may just have to delete the trait...

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.
