Danil Malyshev bb8cef51df - Added ExecutionEngine/MCJIT tests
- Added HOST_ARCH to Makefile.config.in
The HOST_ARCH will be used by MCJIT tests filter, because MCJIT supported only x86 and ARM architectures now.
