Roman Tereshin cb64cbca1c [GlobalISel] NFCI, Getting GlobalISel ~5% faster ...

by replacing DenseMap with IndexedMap for LLTs within MRI, as
benchmarked by cross-compiling sqlite3 amalgamation for AArch64
on x86 machine.
