Evan Cheng ae19abc2cc - Target PIC style is no longer affected by relocation model.

- In x86-64 mode, symbols with external linkage (not just symbols which are
  defined externally) requires GOT indirect reference.
- Stylistic code clean up.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
