Rafael Espindola 8d184ad258 Deprecate a few C APIs.
This deprecates:
* LLVMParseBitcode
* LLVMParseBitcodeInContext
* LLVMGetBitcodeModuleInContext
* LLVMGetBitcodeModule

They are replaced with the functions with a 2 suffix which do not record
a diagnostic.
