Summary: This patch enables folding following expressions under -ffast-math flag: exp(X) * exp(Y) -> exp(X + Y), exp2(X) * exp2(Y) -> exp2(X + Y). Motivation: https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35594
