Daniel Sanders b70b4892a4 Revert: [mips] Correct section alignments and EntrySizes for .bss, .text, .data, .reginfo, .MIPS.options, and .MIPS.abiflags ...

This commit causes multiple lld tests to fail. Reverting while I investigate the issue.
