Chris Lattner b84822fb7b make MachineFunction keep track of its ID and make ...

MachineFunctionAnalysis dole them out, instead of having
AsmPrinter do both.  Have the AsmPrinter::SetupMachineFunction
method set the 'AsmPrinter::MF' variable.
