Rafael Espindola 21a9fd247e Fix mingw32 thiscall + sret. ...

Unlike msvc, when handling a thiscall + sret gcc will
* Put the sret in %ecx
* Put the this pointer is (%esp)

This fixes, for example, calling stringstream::str.
