Craig Topper ba5255623c [SelectionDAG] Don't subject ConstantSDNodes to the depth limit in computeKnownBits and ComputeNumSignBits.

We don't need to do any additional recursion, we just need to analyze the APInt stored in the node. This matches what the ValueTracking versions do for IR.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
