Benjamin Kramer bd7684c94c GVN: Fix quadratic runtime on the number of switch cases.

No intended behavior change.  This was introduced in r162023.  With the fixed
algorithm a Release build of ARMInstPrinter.cpp goes from 16s to 10s on a
2011 MBP.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
