This commit transforms the mips-specific 'MipsCallEntry' subclass of the 'PseudoSourceValue' class into two, target-independent subclasses named 'GlobalValuePseudoSourceValue' and 'ExternalSymbolPseudoSourceValue'. This change makes it easier to serialize the pseudo source values by removing target-specific pseudo source values.
