LLVM_EXTERNAL_*_SOURCE_DIR is reset as PATH with set(CACHE PATH).
Then the CACHE PATH variable, LLVM_EXTERNAL_*_SOURCE_DIR, is normalized as
${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}/${path_var} if ${path_var} is relative.
