Chris Lattner c7b8814bb4 give MCAsmInfo a 'has little endian' bit. This is unfortunate, but ... I really want clients of the streamer to be able to say "emit this 64-bit integer" and have it get broken down right by the streamer. Linker	Fixed linking of modules containing aliases to constant bitcasts. Existing behaviour first tried to replace the aliases with the global that they aliased (rather than the bitcast), causing a crash on an assert because the types didn't match.
