Benjamin Kramer cfce1b9424 [MemCpyOpt] Don't emit IR in an unspecified order

Argument evaluation order is one of the edge cases where Clang differs
from GCC, yielding different IR depending on which compiler LLVM was
built with. Make the order deterministic and tune the test to actually
verify the order instead of trying to hide it.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
