Reid Spencer d08050bd1e APInt's are no longer allocated on the heap because they are direct

members of GenericValue. Consequently the code to clean them up isn't
needed.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
