Nick Lewycky d1ec98923e When comparing constants, consider a less wide constant to be "less complex"

than a wider one, before trying to compare their contents which will crash
if their sizes are different.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
