Chris Lattner d3ffc06174 fix Sparc, SystemZ, and MSP430 to not override AsmPrinter::doInitialization.

This eliminates redundancy setting up the mangler and adds support to them
for module-level inline asm and a .file directive.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
