David Green d6cd67b722 [LoopSimplifyCFG] Invalidate SCEV in LoopSimplifyCFG ...

LoopSimplifyCFG, being a loop pass, needs to preserve scalar
evolution. This invalidates SE for the loops altered during
block merging.
