Jakob Stoklund Olesen d7ea7d5cd7 Use a SparseSet instead of a BitVector for UsedInInstr in RAFast.
This is just as fast, and it makes it possible to avoid leaking the
UsedPhysRegs BitVector implementation through
MachineRegisterInfo::addPhysRegsUsed().
