Cameron Zwarich deb74f21f2 Have SRoA explicitly track the kind of scalar it is promoting. This is pretty

spartan right now, but I plan to encode more information in this enum to improve
the correctness and reliability of SRoA. At least this first pass makes it
possible to make VectorTy an actual VectorType.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
