Akira Hatanaka ff528b6f03 [MCTargetAsmParser] Move the member varialbes that reference ... MCSubtargetInfo in the subclasses into MCTargetAsmParser and define a member function getSTI. This is done in preparation for making changes to shrink the size of MCRelaxableFragment.
