Chris Lattner 99cf50937d Silly Sparc is big endian. If we have to load args out of incoming stack slots
that are smaller than an int, make sure to adjust the frame pointer to take
this into consideration.

* Keep the address of the constant pool in a register instead of forming its
  address all of the time.
* We can fold small constant offsets into the %hi/%lo references to constant
  pool addresses as well.
