Reapply r242294. - Create a new CopyRewriter for Uncoalescable copy-like instructions - Change the ValueTracker to return a ValueTrackerResult This makes optimizeUncoalescable looks more like optimizeCoalescable and use the CopyRewritter infrastructure.
