Sanjoy Das 35072eb786 [RS4GC] Remove a redundant linear search, NFCI ...

Since LiveVariables is uniqued (we just created it from a `DenseSet`),
`FindIndex(LiveVariables, LiveVariables[i])` is always `i`.
