Simon Pilgrim f6d6d2b0f7 [X86][SSE] Change memop fragment to inherit from vec128load with local alignment controls

First possible step towards merging SSE/AVX memory folding pattern fragments.

Also allows us to remove the duplicate non-temporal load logic.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
