Duncan Sands fe24bd3a89 Add a NullFolder class that doesn't fold constants. 
This may be used as the second IRBuilder template
parameter, the idea being that people learning LLVM
may find it helpful (several people asked on IRC
if it was possible to turn off constant folding
because it made it hard for them to see what was
going on).  Compiles, but otherwise completely
untested.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
