Add some DEBUG output to the simplifycfg routines
Fix another non-deterministic behavior, this one should actually speed up the code though as it was doing silly things. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@14258 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
