Go bindings: add DIBuilder.InsertValueAtEnd
Expose llvm::DIBuilder::insertDbgValueIntrinsic as DIBuilder.InsertValueAtEnd in the Go bindings, to support attaching debug metadata to register values. Patch by Andrew Wilkins!
