Invert the section relocation map.
It now points from rel section to section. Use it to set sh_info, avoiding a brittle name lookup. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@228889 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
