[SystemZ] Add support for missing instructions

Summary:
Add support to allow clang integrated assembler to recognize some
missing instructions, for openssl.

Instructions are:
LM, LMH, LMY, STM, STMH, STMY, ICM, ICMH, ICMY, SLA, SLAK, TML, TMH, EX, EXRL.
