Alex Lorenz 0b74b0823f Update YamlIO documentation for the ScalarTraits class.

This patch adds the missing context parameter to the
input and output methods in ScalarTraits.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
