Tom Stellard 11d071bf72 AMDGPU/SI: Add a MachineMemOperand to MIMG instructions

Summary:
Without a MachineMemOperand, the scheduler was assuming MIMG instructions
were ordered memory references, so no loads or stores could be reordered
across them.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
