Hans Wennborg 2540538e40 [X86] Enable forwarding bool arguments in tail calls (PR26305)

The code was previously not able to track a boolean argument
at a call site back to the formal argument of the caller.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
