Michael Zuckerman 3341db988b [X86][LLVM] Converting __mm{|256|512}_movm_epi{8|16|32|64} LLVMIR call into generic intrinsics.

This patch is a part one of two reviews, one for the clang and the other for LLVM. 
The patch deletes the back-end intrinsics and adds support for them in the auto upgrade.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
