Jakub Staszak 3d8b15ea70 Change LBH_TAKEN_WEIGHT to 124 (from 128). Right now, sum of 
LBH_TAKEN_WEIGHT + LBH_NONTAKEN_WEIGHT = 128 which in _most_ cases reduce
number of rounding errors.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
