Nicolai Haehnle 877e3beed6 AMDGPU: Select 64-bit {ADD,SUB}{C,E} nodes

Summary:
This will be used for 64-bit MULHU, which is in turn used for the 64-bit
divide-by-constant optimization (see D24822).

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
