Andrew Trick 13745262a8 Added instregex support to TableGen subtarget emitter. 
This allows the processor-specific machine model to override selected
base opcodes without any fanciness.
e.g. InstRW<[CoreXWriteVANDP], (instregex "VANDP")>.
