Chandler Carruth 8f124fe884 [Modules] Move the LeakDetector header into the IR library where the 
source file had already been moved. Also move the unittest into the IR
unittest library.

This may seem an odd thing to put in the IR library but we only really
use this with instructions and it needs the LLVM context to work, so it
is intrinsically tied to the IR library.

test This patch implements .set mips32r2 directive and sets appropriate feature bits. It also introduces helper functions that are used to set and clear feature bits as necessary. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.

If you're writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our
suggestions.
