Daniel Berlin e0f5ddbc01 MemorySSA: Move to Analysis, from Transforms/Utils. It's used as
Analysis, it has Analysis passes, and once NewGVN is made an Analysis,
this removes the cross dependency from Analysis to Transform/Utils.
